The Customer Success Specialist will be an integral part of our operations – focused on providing excellent customer service to drive retention. We service small businesses and the key to success is repeat orders and delighting customers. We are looking for an energetic, motivated employee who loves to solve problems, sift between online systems and interact with dynamic customers. We are a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup and we need a specialist who thrives in demanding, complex, changing environments.
What you will be doing:
- Resolving any and all of customers inquiries by phone, email, and text
- Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks cohesively
- Working with great teammates to provide exceptional service
- Having fun, this is not your average call-center environment
Schedule: 5 shifts a week
Compensation: $19.25 per hour
