How can I see your product selection?

Because our catalogs are tailored to your delivery location, you’ll need to use the Cheetah App to see what’s fresh and available in your delivery zone. Just download the free Cheetah app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Take a peek! No obligations or strings attached.

What is your return and cancellation policy?

Due to safety concerns, we will not accept any returns that do not occur at the time of pickup or delivery. If you need to return an item after delivery due to a product being damaged, simply take a picture of the item and send it to our support team for further assistance.

Orders that are cancelled after the midnight cut-off time will result in a cancellation fee- $15 for pickup orders and $50 for deliveries.

How do you set your prices?

Our mission is to bring you the lowest possible prices and to remain competitive with other distributors or cash and carry stores. What happens if something is out of stock?

We’ll let you know in real-time as soon as we see an item you’ve ordered is out of stock. We want to keep you and your business running smoothly, so restaurant customers will get a discounted delivery when products are back in stock – usually in less than a day.
