We’re opening our wholesale services and facilities to give our local community access to the supplies they need during these challenging circumstances. What are your operating hours?
Pickups are available Monday-Saturday, 1pm-6pm. Our Support Team is available 24/7 and always eager to help.
How can I see what products you have to offer?
To see all of our products, just download Cheetah from the Apple Store or on the Google Play Store, for free. There’s no obligation to buy once you’ve signed up on the app.
What is your return policy?
Due to safety concerns, we don’t accept any returns that are not done at the time of pickup.
What happens if something is out of stock?
We’ll let you know in real-time as soon as we see an item you’ve ordered is out of stock.
I don’t need such large quantities, can I order smaller quantities?
Since our service is primarily offered to businesses and restaurants, most items are sold in large quantities. If you reach out to our Support team, we can assist you in finding items that may come in smaller pack sizes.
Can you deliver this to my house?
Yes! We are currently offering limited deliveries to select locations. This service will be expanded over the next-few weeks, so stay tuned! All deliveries are scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
